Shipping policy

Our goal is to provide you with quality shipping options no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to a large number of customers around the world, which allows us to provide you with the best level of responsiveness at all hours.

The basic time for delivery of the order is divided into two parts:

Processing time: verification of the order, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse and manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours of ordering. The manufacturer or warehouse processes the orders, which takes 2 to 6 additional days.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes between 3 and 15 business days (may take up to 30 days in rare cases). In general, after processing and out of the warehouse, items take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but they can be longer from time to time.
